The weather had been good all week and Eskilstuna was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Ticking Fabric. Silver Boulder ended up behind the leader. Playing Nutcracker got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Speeding Knight suddenly started to galop. Richard L Jansson had to struggle to get Speeding Knight to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

Calming Mind saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Ticking Fabric looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Playing Nutcracker couldn't come out from behind the leader, Calming Mind. Ticking Fabric suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Ticking Fabric looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Playing Nutcracker speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Ticking Fabric never caught up with Playing Nutcracker who won. Calming Mountain came third.
