One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Screaming Lizard tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Rocking Moon that came steaming ahead. Screaming Lizard saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Dancing Cake was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Screaming Lizard clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Rocking Moon galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Screaming Lizard today. It continued in the lead. Screaming Lizard were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Dancing Cake won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
