The sun was shining on Örebro and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Tropical Lovebreaker. Juliette ended up behind the leader. Funky Blossom got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

This is the positions after 500m. Because I Love You, Breaking Carneval, Funky Blossom, Lenglen, In The Heart, Ticking Fabric, Juliette, Tropical Lovebreaker. I R Genius started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Lenglen sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Because I Love You galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Eternal Winter suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Lenglen followed by In The Heart and I R Genius. Lane two Tropical Lovebreaker followed by Ticking Fabric and Funky Blossom.

Lenglen sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

I R Genius sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
