It had been raining for several days at Gävle but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Handy Frenzy sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Goofy Dreamcatcher quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Amina Hamilton started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Feel Your Heart took the lead after 1000m. Calming Mind didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Goofy Dreamcatcher looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Feel Your Heart started to gallop after 1500m and Oskar J Andersson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Goofy Dreamcatcher was still in the lead after 2000m.



Walking Thrasher speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Goofy Dreamcatcher, 2 Walking Thrasher, 3 Wondering Stardust.
