One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rainbow Star could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Purple Starshine started to galop and lost 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Blushing Sunshine sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Rainbow Star looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Pyromandåd I Ponnyslakteriet suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Pyromandåd I Ponnyslakteriet didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
