One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Redemtion C.C.. Travelling Heroine ended up behind the leader. Nessun Limiti got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Alessandria started to galop and lost 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Amber Hollywood sprinted to the front. Monday Necklace started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Grande Penne sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Grande Penne followed by Maximum Lion and Travelling Heroine. Lane two Silly Whirlwind followed by Alessandria and Redemtion C.C..

Alessandria put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Travelling Heroine was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.

Monday Necklace was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Grande Penne was first on the homestretch followed by Silly Whirlwind and Alessandria.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Maximum Lion galop. Maximum Lion lost 30 m.

Winner of todays race was Grande Penne. Silly Whirlwind came in second. Alessandria became third.
