The sun was shining on Gävle and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pulled Horse found a gap and took the lead. Whatever Cocktail followed before Opmerkelijk.




Lambi saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Pulled Horse galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Stunning Necklace galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Lambi was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Sophisticated Nugget galoped for 30 m. Opmerkelijk litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Ginger Sunset sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
