The sun was shining on Biri today. A perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Giusto Qui tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Lord Mckenzie that came steaming ahead. Giusto Qui quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Lord Mckenzie sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Lord Mckenzie today. It continued in the lead. Giusto Qui was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Lord Mckenzie galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Giusto Qui was first on the homestretch followed by Roussey and Salami. No-one could catch Giusto Qui today who won before Daernwing Cherry and Roussey. Results
