Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Arvika track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Swinging The Dead could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Tender Sound sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Swinging The Dead saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Sleeping Starshine put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Tender Sound speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Tender Sound today who won before Sleeping Starshine and Swinging The Dead.
