Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fratello Bravo tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Hénard that came steaming ahead. André Eklundh wanted a little to much in the start and Strong Force galoped for 40 m.




Fratello Bravo saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Strong Force took the lead after 1000m. Fratello Bravo didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Strong Force was still in the lead after 1500m.




Strong Force kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Hénard was first on the homestretch followed by Strong Force and Fratello Bravo.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Strong Force galop. Strong Force lost 30 m.




No-one could catch Hénard today who won before Fratello Bravo and Strong Force.
