The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Boden this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Troussier sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Holy Lemonade quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Grande Penne was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Stopping Sparrow took the lead after 1000m. Troussier didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Troussier saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Troussier kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Funky Top speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Funky Top didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
