The sun was shining on Solänget today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Essi found a gap and took the lead. Tina followed before Lighting Ball. Turning Closet galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Lighting Ball was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Lighting Ball today. It continued in the lead.




Lighting Ball didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Turning Closet galoped for 20 m. Lighting Ball sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Tina won the race after a spectacular finish.
