The sun was shining on Lycksele today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rational Platinum sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Tropical Cupcake suddenly started to galop. Patrik Nygren had to struggle to get Tropical Cupcake to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Tropical Cupcake, Stopping Sparrow, Growing Wave, Big Pain, F Andersen The Man, Rational Judge, Rational Platinum, The Penséman.

F Andersen The Man looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stopping Sparrow couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tropical Cupcake.

Big Pain looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that F Andersen The Man couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tropical Cupcake.

Stopping Sparrow won the race after a spectacular finish.
