One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Slippery Gladiator. Forceful Arraow ended up behind the leader. Oogdruppels got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. André Eklundh wanted a little to much in the start and Poggio Climb galoped for 40 m.




Forceful Arraow saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Rebel Striker took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Rebel Striker followed by Oogdruppels and Poggio Climb. Lane two Forceful Arraow followed by Slippery Gladiator and .



Rebel Striker sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Slippery Gladiator sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
