One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Cosmic Lily. Venice Nova ended up behind the leader. Cyril Done Justice got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Peter Ingves wanted a little to much in the start and Cosmic Lily galoped for 40 m. Modestine quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Cyril Done Justice took the lead after 1000m. Modestine didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Cyril Done Justice today. It continued in the lead. Modestine was first on the homestretch followed by Cosmic Lily and Venice Nova. Modestine was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Venice Nova sprinted over the finishline before Cyril Done Justice and Cosmic Lily. Results
