One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fast Paladin tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Thrisha that came steaming ahead.




Ric Hamilton quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Kebne Kajsa started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Walking General who started to galop and lost 10 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Fast Paladin took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Fast Paladin today. It continued in the lead.




Fast Paladin didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Fast Paladin were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Anceline made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Fast Paladin.
