One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Double Rainbow was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Johnny Takter wanted a little to much in the start and Loving Cookie galoped for 40 m.




Be Smart Soon saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Loving Cookie was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Vlucht Afwezig took the lead after 1000m. Honrubia didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Ice Machine was disturbed and galoped 10 m.



Honrubia took the lead after 1000m. Light Band didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.






Honrubia didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
