It had been raining for several days at Jägersro but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Der Besserwisser C.C. could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

This is the positions after 500m. Glowing Cake, Jonk, Loyal Sword, Focused Bandwith, Der Besserwisser C.C., Independant Paladin, Stopping Beauty, Exotic Crystal. A bird flew just in front of Stopping Beauty who started to galop and lost 30 m. A bird flew just in front of Exotic Crystal who started to galop and lost 10 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Marango Cherry suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

Der Besserwisser C.C. saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Focused Bandwith gallopped for 10 m. Stopping Beauty galloped for 20 m.

Independant Paladin suddenly took over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Glowing Cake galoped for 40 m. Focused Bandwith was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Independant Paladin were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Final standings. 1 Der Besserwisser C.C., 2 Independant Paladin, 3 Jonk.
