Start List
Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Halmstad track was in top-condition. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Eile Mit Weile C.C. could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. This is the positions after 500m. Running Body, Ströget On Fire, Frosty Gossip, Loving Flower, Quesnel, Scarlet Fabric, Donkey On Fire, Bleu Et Jaune. Gemini started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Frosty Gossip sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Maybe Today saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Scarlet Fabric galloped for 20 m. Maybe Today kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Claes Sjöström tried a little too much on the homestretch and Scarlet Fabric started to galopp and lost 50 m. Ströget On Fire sprinted over the finishline before Frosty Gossip and Donkey On Fire.
