The sun was shining on Halmstad today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Little Sky found a gap and took the lead. Seitdem Jene Label followed before Kyrkotanten.




This is the positions after 500m. Cute Angel, Joy Joy Fun, Expensive Stardust, Sienna, Kyrkotanten, Seitdem Jene Label, Little Sky, Sophisticated Sunset.




Kyrkotanten looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sienna couldn't come out from behind the leader, Cute Angel. Seitdem Jene Label galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Cute Angel was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Joy Joy Fun gallopped for 20 m.



Kyrkotanten was first on the homestretch followed by Sienna and Sophisticated Sunset.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Seitdem Jene Label galop. Seitdem Jene Label lost 30 m.




Sophisticated Sunset made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Sienna.
