One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Cask Strength was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and The President sprinted to the front.

Cunning Stone looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Jaguar Hof couldn't come out from behind the leader, The President. Clarabelle Cherry suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m. Cunning Stone was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one The President followed by Speeding Knight and La Belfortaine. Lane two Jaguar Hof followed by Cask Strength and Clarabelle Cherry.

Clarabelle Cherry took the lead. La Belfortaine was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m. Cask Strength gallopped 40 m after 2000m. Speeding Knight was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.

Clarabelle Cherry kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Clarabelle Cherry didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
