The weather had been good all week and Karlshamn was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Punching Bandwith sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Thinking Cube to trotting so they were disqualified. Thomas Jonsson wanted a little to much in the start and Slow Moon galoped for 30 m. Slow Moon quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Benoîte took the lead after 1000m. Mad Hope didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Mad Hope saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. With only a little left of the race Mad Hope galoped for 20 m. Slow Moon speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Benoîte never caught up with Slow Moon who won. Mad Hope came third. Results
