One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tranquil Gossip tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Soul Man that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Soul Man clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Soul Man followed by Burdet and Tranquil Gossip. Lane two Active Piece followed by Express Sound and Weird Walker.




Soul Man was still in the lead after 2000m. Active Piece gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Soul Man sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Tranquil Gossip galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.
