One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sad Thrasher took the lead after a very quick start.




Sad Thrasher was in fine shape and held the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Walking Diary took the lead rather easily.




Emory accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Sad Thrasher litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Sad Thrasher didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
