One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bianco Colomba was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Amber Velvet sprinted to the front. Devine Sugar started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Amber Velvet clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Amber Velvet was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Echec Et Mat galoped for 20 m. Amber Velvet looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Baltser sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
