The weather had been good all week and Karlshamn was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stretching Biscuit tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Gentleman Striker that came steaming ahead.




Charme Asserdal quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Stretching Biscuit sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Stretching Biscuit today. It continued in the lead.




Stretching Biscuit was still in the lead after 2000m.



Stretching Biscuit looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Gentleman Striker sprinted over the finishline before Stretching Biscuit and Charme Asserdal.
