The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Momarken today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Minette Du Lilas tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Bianco Colomba that came steaming ahead.




Bianco Colomba was in fine shape and held the lead.




Minette Du Lilas looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Gina Bellezza couldn't come out from behind the leader, Bianco Colomba.




Minette Du Lilas saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Minette Du Lilas didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Minette Du Lilas sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Gina Bellezza made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Minette Du Lilas.
