One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Tyranitar. Focused Striker ended up behind the leader. Eikelboom got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Focused Striker quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Tyranitar who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Star Champion sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Star Champion followed by Radiating Thinker and Focused Striker. Lane two Modern Stupidity followed by Tyranitar and Eikelboom.




Star Champion sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Modern Stupidity was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Eikelboom was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Star Champion kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Star Champion didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
