One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Grasping Duchess tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Way Back that came steaming ahead.




Way Back was in fine shape and held the lead.




Advanced Bandwith sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Sognare Lontano galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Advanced Bandwith today. It continued in the lead.



Advanced Bandwith sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Klaus Kern tried a little too much on the homestretch and Sognare Lontano started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Advanced Bandwith kept the speed the whole finish and won before Way Back and Trembling Love.
