The weather had been good all week and Boden was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hard Sword found a gap and took the lead. Iowa Hof followed before Nebra Skarulea Ameste.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Nebra Skarulea Ameste sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nebra Skarulea Ameste was still in the lead after 1500m.



Nebra Skarulea Ameste looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Iowa Hof never caught up with Nebra Skarulea Ameste who won. Hard Sword came third.
