It had been raining for several days at Kalmar but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bardet found a gap and took the lead. Albertine followed before Powerful Scout.




Powerful Scout saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Alessandro took the lead after 1000m. Powerful Scout didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Powerful Scout accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Powerful Scout looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Powerful Scout. Danger Limit came in second. Going Reverse became third.
