One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Old Tiger tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Scarlet Ruby that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Arctic Sun took the lead after 1000m. Old Tiger didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Old Tiger looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Old Tiger galoped for 10 m. Old Tiger sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Scarlet Ruby won. Arctic Sun came in second. Old Tiger caught third place.
