One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Black Scout sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Georgette started to galop and lost 10 m. Massimo was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Confident Band sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Georgette who started to galop and lost 50 m.




One Pan Pasta took the lead after 1000m. Confident Band didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one One Pan Pasta followed by Black Scout and Walking Universe. Lane two Confident Band followed by Massimo and Vlot Verlengstuk. Vlot Verlengstuk galloped for 30 m.




Confident Band suddenly took over the lead.



Confident Band looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Black Scout made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Confident Band.
