The sun was shining on Rättvik today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Falling Daffodil tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Insane Mistress that came steaming ahead.




Active Night saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Giggling Cupcake sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Charlene was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Giggling Cupcake followed by Insane Mistress and Charlene. Lane two Clair De Lune followed by Falling Daffodil and Charlisa.



Clair De Lune speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Falling Daffodil galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Clair De Lune didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
