One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Advanced Bandwith sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Athletic Lizard started to galop and lost 50 m. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Advanced Bandwith was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Jolyot was still in the lead after 1500m. Pinstripe´s Gibson galloped for 50 m. Jolyot kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Winner of todays race was Athletic Lizard. Jolyot came in second. Advanced Bandwith became third.
