One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Pampered Sunray could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Active Night sprinted to the front.

Active Night was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Lots Of Potential C.C. galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Pampered Sunray looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Pampered Sunray kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Charlene never caught up with Pampered Sunray who won. Active Night came third.
