The weather had been good all week and Boden was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Beren Erchamion. Floating Ruby ended up behind the leader. Eärwen Of Alqualondë got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Gone Going saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Sonnenschein took the lead rather easily. Gone Going suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Citizen Cain looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Citizen Cain kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Citizen Cain sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Soininen sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
