One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Silke sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Silke was in fine shape and held the lead.




Silke clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Silke today. It continued in the lead.



Silke kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Silke. Expensive Stardust came in second. Winner Woman became third.
