The weather had been good all week and Lahti was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Prince Space was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Gooo Far, Drooling Behemoth, Vervuld Gulden, Prince Space, Klaiix Hamilton, Falling Pressure, Slimy Runner, Giunchi.




Klaiix Hamilton sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.



Vervuld Gulden sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Heikki Hietanen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Falling Pressure started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Slimy Runner won. Vervuld Gulden came in second. Giunchi caught third place.
