One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lola Montez found a gap and took the lead. Sad Puma followed before Bessman.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sad Puma sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sad Puma today. It continued in the lead.




Sad Puma kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Sad Puma kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Lola Montez made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Bessman.
