One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Funky Blossom. Cheerful Behemoth ended up behind the leader. Lemoult got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Lemoult, No Fire, Funky Blossom, Illinois Hof, Cheerful Behemoth, Douglas Ducati, Whatever Venus, Rocking Body. A bird flew just in front of Cheerful Behemoth who started to galop and lost 40 m. A bird flew just in front of Rocking Body who started to galop and lost 50 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Funky Blossom looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Funky Blossom sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Thor Borg tried a little too much on the homestretch and Funky Blossom started to galopp and lost 30 m.
