One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Rocking Piece could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Stifling Sunshine was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Annabelle quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Annabelle was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Annabelle was still in the lead after 1500m. Rocking Piece galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Stifling Sunshine galloped for 30 m. Annabelle kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Rocking Piece gallopped 20 m after 2000m. Stifling Sunshine litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Stifling Sunshine kept the speed the whole finish and won before Annabelle and Tranquil Hope. Results
