One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frozen Pony took the lead after a very quick start.




Frozen Pony was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Giggling Starlight looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Stunning Mistress galoped for 20 m. Giggling Starlight kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Giggling Starlight. Frozen Pony came in second. Stunning Mistress became third.
