The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Narkissos Kronos sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Trembling Candy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Jennifer Opal took the lead rather easily.




Wimpy Forest accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Wimpy Forest sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Trembling Candy suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Trembling Candy kept the speed the whole finish and won before Ulla-stina and Travelling Cup.
