The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Eskilstuna today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rugged Frenzy found a gap and took the lead. Active Devil followed before Peter Plys. Claes Sjöström wanted a little to much in the start and Rugged Frenzy galoped for 20 m.

Glory Hero saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Rugged Frenzy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Black Flag was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Rugged Frenzy followed by Glory Hero and Oregon Johnny. Lane two Queen Of Québec followed by Black Flag and Peter Plys.

Oregon Johnny was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Rugged Frenzy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Queen Of Québec, 2 Rugged Frenzy, 3 Glory Hero.
