One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lying Carneval tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Speedy Agent that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Lying Carneval started to galop and lost 50 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Speedy Agent clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Timberman suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m. Gone Going galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Speedy Agent was still in the lead after 1500m. Lying Carneval started to gallop after 1500m and Kim Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



With only a little left of the race Lying Carneval galoped for 40 m. Speedy Agent kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Inkas Little Boy made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Speedy Agent.
