One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Competitive Scope took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Secret Light sprinted to the front.




Giggling Candy took the lead after 1000m. Secret Light didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Electric News suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Giggling Candy followed by Merk Vermakelijk and Secret Light. Lane two Rafaela Vidi followed by Competitive Scope and Electric News.




Giggling Candy kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Merk Vermakelijk suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Electric News galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Merk Vermakelijk didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
