Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Eskilstuna track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stampante took the lead after a very quick start.




The Mercenary saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Stampante who started to galop and lost 40 m.




The Chocolate Factory took the lead after 1000m. Ikonen Opal didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Cute Pixie was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




The Chocolate Factory was still in the lead after 1500m.




Ikonen Opal seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Slippery Stereo galoped for 50 m. Ikonen Opal looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Midnightsmoonlight never caught up with Ikonen Opal who won. The Chocolate Factory came third.
