It had been raining for several days at Östersund but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Comfortable Boy tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Halfwas that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Cloud Aquarius sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Playing Whirlwind took the lead rather easily.




Playing Whirlwind was still in the lead after 1500m.



Halfwas speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Tomas B Nilsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Comfortable Boy started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Playing Whirlwind never caught up with Halfwas who won. Cloud Aquarius came third.
