The sun was shining on Solänget today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mary Opal tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Passionate Wish that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Mary Opal sprinted to the front.




Mary Opal clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Clas Jonsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Passionate Wish started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Mary Opal didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
